Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at luckmio. We are committed to providing you with the best shipping options. 

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST (New York Time). Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will begin processing and packaging on the same business day, while orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Rates
We currently only provide shipping services to the United States. All shipping costs are included in the product price, so you will enjoy free shipping at checkout.

• Free Standard Shipping (Est. 7–12 business days) — FREE for all orders

Please note, shipping times listed above are only estimates and are subject to change due to customs delays or peak promotional seasons. Items from your order may arrive in multiple packages, but you will never be charged any additional shipping fees.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
luckmio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@luckmio.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
