Use:

Remove the top, place dried spices in the base, replace the top, push down, and twist clockwise with one hand while holding the base with the other.

Cast iron mills like this one are best for grinding dry spices. Avoid high-moisture spices, citrus, and salt, which can cause rust and corrosion.

Care: ach piece arrives pre-seasoned with organic canola oil and is ready to use.

Hand wash onlyno soap needed.

Dry thoroughly and apply oil after each use to prevent rust.
