Classic Tonic Syrup

Jack Rudy's Classic Tonic Syrup is essentially a quinine concentrate. Its designed to pair with your favorite gin or vodka, and is then stretched with soda water to make a bright, light, refreshing highball. With its balanced flavor profile and endless versatility, it's a true staple for any bar cart.

Built on a backbone of quinine sourced from the cinchona tree, it is balanced with a delicate blend of botanicals and sweetened with real cane sugar. The result is a complex, finely bitter mixer that elevates cocktails and highlights the botanicals in the worlds finest gins.
