Kakimori Pigment Ink
Discover Kakimori's Pigment Inksa collection of rich, expressive colors designed for Kakimori rollerballs, fountain pens, and dip pens.
Created in collaboration with Turner Colour Works, these pigment inks are expertly formulated to flow smoothly while minimizing the risk of buildup and clogging in the pen. Available in a range of colors inspired by nature, they are water- and fade-resistant once dry, offering more permanence than traditional dye.
Kakimori's ink bottles are shaped like droplets, drawing inspiration from tari, a Japanese word for a falling drop. The generous 20mm opening with an 8-degree angle makes dipping easy without damaging delicate nibs. The shallow depth allows for effortless refilling of converters, and helps to keep your pen clean from unwanted ink.
