The Ptit Tradi Paring Knife is compact, nimble, and ideal for meal prep and smaller kitchen tasks. The Grand Tradi expands on the beloved Ptit design with a larger blade suited for bigger jobs, while preserving the agility and comfort of the original.
Handmade in Goyon-Chazeaus workshop, these knives are forged from some of the finest cutlery steel available. Each features a full-tang blade construction, with the steel extending through the handle for extra strength, stability, and balance. The ebony and sapwood handles are smooth, balanced, and comfortable in hand. The striking two-toned wood ranges in color from warm honey to deep brown and is prized for for its exceptional hardness, density, and natural water resistance.
