Le P'tit Tradi Paring Knife
Le P'tit Tradi, inspired by an original Goyon-Chazeau design, was created when Madam Goyon asked her husband Gabriel to craft a small, efficient knife for communal meal prep. It quickly became a trusted tool for slicing, cutting, and peeling.
Handmade in the Goyon-Chazeau workshop in Thiers, France, this fine paring knife is made from one of the best cutlery steels available: Sandvik 14C28N steel enriched with carbon. The full-tang blade construction extends the steel through the handle for extra strength, stability, and balance.
The ebony and sapwood handle is smooth and comfortable in the hand, as any frequently reached-for tool should be. so called Mozambic ebony, the riking two-toned wood ranges in color from warm honey to deep brown and is prized for for its exceptional hardness, density, and natural water resistance
