Precision Knife Cutter

With dual ends offering both a blade and a needle point, this pen-style cutter is perfect for delicate ecision work such as artwork, cutouts, collage, and quilling.

Ten blades are included with the cutter: five 45 and five 30 blades.

Please handle with care as blades are extremely sharp. It is advised to use protective glasses and gloves when in use. Use only NT type BDC-200P blade refills.
